Hey Fellas,
just wanted to inform everyone that I will continue writing from another Blog as this one is Nina's and my Baby and it just doesnt feel right continuing here on my own, especially since our Blog name translates to OUR little dreams :-)
I won't make a clean cut which means I will post here from time to time probably until mid August until I move to Sweden. So it will be a transitioning move. From September onwards I will write solely on my new Blog. I would be delighted if I could take most of my current readers with me, it would mean the world to me actually! If Nina ever changes her mind again maybe we can revive Nos Petites Reveries :-)

Splashes of NEON

Hey Ladies,
finally back in Germany. Though Technology is already driving me nuts again. EVERYTIME (swear Im not exaggerating!!!), everytime I visit my Mum her Inet-connection crashes -.- And even when it works, it is so goddamn slow that i feel like i can watch myself aging. Plus, what is up with that freakishly cold weather?! I only packed summer stuff. I mean, yeah today it wasnt like freezing but yesterday...OMG I was about to unpack one of my mums wintercoats as i was freezing my butt off! CRAAAAZYYY!
A few more weeks in Austria/Germany and then I am finally off to Sweden :-) Can't wait to start my Masters degree in Fashion Management and meet all those fabulous people from around the world. As we speak of the world, right after my graduation in 2013 I plan a seriously long and exotic holiday as I haven't been anywhere close to a beach for ages!!! Right now I am thinking of South Africa, Thailand/Vietnam or Japan?! Any recommendations? I'd preferably have a beach somewhere near (going there by car would be ok as well) and I don't want to be in Europe a.k.a I want to be on another continent ^^ If you have any ideas, throw em at me haha
Ok now I've got to go and grab dinner...I can already feel the pounds on my hips piling on. But then again, this always happens when I visit my Mum or grandma (u know how they always say "kid youre too skinny u gotta eat something, why dont u take another plate bla bla bla...who could say no to that LOLz)

Ok so lately I've been like reaaaaaaaaally obsessing about armparties. You know, when u r wearing so many bracelets your arm's about to fall off haha
I've always loved the idea and sometimes wear it myself though it is pretty tough for me because I HATE bracelets that are too big and slide up and down my arm everytime i move. For some reason this really bugs the crap out of me...and unfortunately most bracelets are that big, plus I have ridiculously tiny wrists (dayum!). Which is the reason my I have tons of bracelets at home and actually always were the same ones (so much for diversity huh!?) , however, as already mentioned, they kinda gotten into me recently and now I find myself on a constant hunt for new ones and by now I probably already have about 30 bracelets on my ASOS, EBAY or Nelly wishlist hehe but no money to buy them all (too bad!!!).
What about you guys? Do you like this trend (is it really a trend, I think it's been around 4ever?!)?

Sunday Blues

Long time no see my fellas :-)
Finally some outfit pics again! Was with Nina today, had some delicious lunch at the new "Daniel Bakery"...though the service sucked! Personell was very rude if u ask me!
So for the next weeks...football reigns my life. Next to Formula 1, my #1 guilty pleasure haha So actually I was sure that Netherlans gonna make it this time (though I am usually a die-hard Italy fan) but somehow Denmark managed to play itself right into my heart LOLz....so r u guys watching? And who r u rooting for?

Wishlist: JUNE

So this is what I wish for atm! Don't know why but recently I've been obsessed with Essie nailpolishes (or polish in genereal...need to get those horrible nails fixed HA!) and also jewelry! If u ask me, it is the jewelry that makes an outfit and really helps dressing it up or down! And as of now I am obsessing over bracelets mostly. I think I've already mentioned it on the Blog once, but I am not the earing kinda gal. I just can't get past the thought that I look absolutely ridiculous with earrings...even though I'd love wearing them. I just don't like the way 99.99% of all earrings look on me. I am also not that big of a necklace person, unless they're really filigree and not chunky whatsoever...unless, of course, they involve studs. I love everything with studs. I guess I'll always be a tiny punk at heart :-) But I do loooove rings (have tons of them!) and more recently I've been hooked on bracelets as well....so there you go, this is what I'd love to have atm:

Nailpolish Essie: Sew Psyched, Navigate Her, All tied Up

One thing I also really want to have are new Ray Ban sunglasses. I already have the original Wayfarer ones in Black but my favourite design is actually the Ray Ban Clubmaster. However, it seems almost impossible to get here in Vienna, plus they are like crazy expensive (talking about 160€ girls!)...hmmm MAYBE, just maybe I can get me some for my Bday in August?! Then again, I need new shoes as well...Dayum! After years of Festivals and nasty weather my Converse shoes are about to give up and I really like these Palladium ones because they are all black. And I'll be attending Frequency Festvial this year, so I definitely need the shoes in case the weather sucks. I REALLY NEED them haha you know what I mean don't ya?!

Surf WorldCup 2012 ... and stuff

Just a bunch of random pics from the weekend :)
Most of them were taken Friday when I had the honor of wearing a special guest band at the annual Surf Worldcup Opening at Podersdorf. The weather treated us nicely and I had a great deal of fun partying with my friend Ines...though I have to admit next time I better bring sunscreen with me...FAIL lol
Anyways, in the pics u see my stash of make up I brought with me to get styled for the night parties...nothing more fun then getting your makeup done in a car with bad lighting, I ended up looking like a racoon and like I had put on different things on each half of my face...HILARIOUS :-D
I also wore my new shoes from F21, 5 € and I already feel like they are an investment for lifetime, IF they survive that long haha. Nailpolish is from Essie, Mint Candy Apple. Got it with my last Glossybox and I have to say I really dig the color and it has amazing staying power. Put on Friday morning and it still looks perfectly, and we all know its an amazing color right?!

Newsflash: I am going to Sweden

Hey there fellas :))
A few days ago I promised some big news announcement. Well there u go: I am going to Sweden in August for at least 12 months to attain my Masters degree in Fashion Management with specialisation in Fashion Marketing and Retailing. I am over the moon happy to have been admitted, the competition is pretty tough in Sweden for international Students. Nevertheless, i am super excited (hyper actually LOLz) and also super stressed out because I feel like there are a thousand things to do before I go even though I won't be leaving before the end of August. However, that means I most definitely have to successfully pass my last big (SUPERbig) exam at the end of May to receive my Bachelors degree. Probably should start learning already...gosh, I am always so lazy when it comes to learning haha Anyways, just wanted to share some of the joy and happiness I am feeling right now as well as some recent outfit pics!

Family Affair

 So as I mentioned earlier, my family (well part of it, u know, my appartment is only as big..) will spend the next few days with me and I am so estatic. We had a wonderful day eating ice cream and doing some touristy style sightseeing :-)
If you'll ever come to visit Vienna during summer time I totally recommend paying a visit to the famous "Tichy" ice cream shop, there is a reason why it's so famous! Tomorrow we'll do some shopping, eat Pasta at Vapiano and afterwards get some cupcakes. All in all i predict a great week, IF the weather will stay that nice...fingers crossed.

Mint Candy

 

Yes...I am infected by the pastel color trend. I've always love baby pink though its always been hard to find something that has just the slightest hue of pink so you can guess my excitement when I discovered that sweater. I instantly bought it and it was my first purchase on Saturday. Thanks Mango :-)

Anyways, I'd have loved to wear this outfit without black tights but unfortunately Spring is all there as of now. But hey, it ain't raining, it ain't freezing, so i won't complain. So I definitely want to buy some more things in cupcake colors this season, most of all I am looking for the perfect white skinny jeans to match with my light pink sweater. I think it would look amazing, especially with gold accessoires. Oh Boy, I do love Spring and Summer. Even though Black - not typically a summer color - will always be my favourite color, I do prefer dressing up when it is warm outside :-)

Sunday after Shopping

 There you go, first Outfit wearing some of my new stuff aka the pants! I love them. I've always wanted to wear Palazzo Pants because they always look so fancy yet effortless but somehow I never found the right ones that wouldn't make me look too short and too fat haha I know that those pants on the pics do not elongate my legs but I think I can pull them off quite nicely and they are so super comfy, I already know I'll be wearing these a lot more once summer has arrived. I also wear my new platform heels here as well. They are the most comfortable shoes ever! It's like you're wearing flats, definitely a wise purchase as I have tons and tons of shoes at home that I rarely ever wear because they torture my feet the second I put them on (too bad!). Anyways, I also made some minty purchases yesterday as it is - by no surprise - the color of the season. I absolutely love the bag from Primark. They had it in ALL colors imaginable and at one time in the store I found myself with 9 of these in different colors but then I though that might be a little too nuts haha
So now I am back in my comfy clothes, drinking some hot chocolate and eat some cake that my mum made (there definitely are benefits when you live with your parents haha) and now I'll watch a movie and relax because guess what...I've finished my bachelor thesis. So now it is no longer in my hands and I can lean back and relax a bit! Somehthing I definitely need.
